Not really.... I think there are books that teach you how to draw, but my advise is just practice. A lot.

hmm...maybe watch more anime?? HAHA that's probably how i learn to draw better. Other than just watching the anime, i often observe the artstyle of the anime. Or, i would go find a picture of the internet and try to draw it. It really helps when you try to draw exactly what's on the picture (BUT NO TRACING!!). Well...i'm not exactly the best artist but that's how i learn ^^;;

I actually practiced by tracing mangas and then i started by myself.
