Ugh it's freaken pissing me off, everything has to do with the shadow realm. Honestly whats so bad about the shadow realm. It's all dark in there ooh scary!!
Eeek okay you ever see those episodes in battle city?
First of all the battle with Pandora aka Arkana but w/e well you know the dark energy disc? or whatever the frick they used to send the loser to the shadow realm.. well in the japanese it was suppose to saw off the losers legs
and you know the mask of light and mask of dark the losers were suppose to fall 120 meters from the sky high building to their deaths...
Yami Malik was suppose to go on killing sprees
Ryou Bakura sounds like a British fag.. he was suppose to have a CUTE voice and Malik doesn't sound so great either
They cut off the entire first season!! and Yugi his voice hasn't changed so much but his Yami! His voice is so freaken deep.. and they talk so badly the dialouge sucks! Anzu's a ranting whore in the japanese as Tea is in the english but that's besides the point
I got Yugioh Manga in chinese ^0^ hehe Yugi chan's so adorable!!

They made Maliky-Kun's voice sound like a 30 year old! Following is from ff.net and is very true! >_< It was written by Myloko Ishtar: Boy or Monster? Since I'm a very picky person (and very bored too, might I add) I've decided to give my 2 cents on the subject of Malik Ishtar, who has now been named Marik (pronounced "Merik"). Now, for many authoresses, this has brought shame to our fanfic writing.er..minds  Its just horrible, but anyway, down to business: Malik Ishtar, son of Mr. Ishtar (  ) and brother of Isis (Now dubbed Ishizu, but, if you watch the jap version they call her that) Ishtar was just an ordinary Egyptian child created by a Japanese manga artist who was (and still is, in jap anyway) loved by many authoresses for his damn good badass looks + all of the evil things him + his also badass yami do. Now, in English, he sucks. Period. He sounds like 35 year old guy when he's supposed to be 15. Plus, they call him Marik (Pronounced Merik) which makes the dubbers even more lame that before (calling back to the "Duke Devlin" incident) Now, it makes me shiver every time I have to hear Yami Yugi or Jonouchi say "Merik" *shudders*. Now, yami malik comes in episode.70 something? (correct me if I'm wrong, could be 80 something *has only seen the clip*) and personally, I don't know if I want to hear the words Yami Merik (I'm writing the name for now as Merik, so its phonetical + makes everyone shudder when they hear it). Yami Merik would probably make me pass out from disgust! I personally, am a fan of Yami Malik, because I like his pants. So help the dubbers if they alter his pants or Yami Bakura's reckless use of the word "urusai" (shut up, in Japanese) But, back to the point, oddly, some people like Malik (er..Malik)'s new dubbed voice, while others are currently on a hunt for the dubber's heads. So, what do you authors + authoresses think of this topic? Is his voice good or crap? Or do you actually *like* his new name? Or, do you agree totally on what I'm saying? Or, do you have no clue at all? Because, if you're like me, you're probably on a hunt right now for some crappy dubbers seeking revenge for the long lost Malik Ishtar. ^_~ |

I know I really can't stand his voice... he used to be so damn hot too!! Those damn dubbers ruin everything.. sniff Bakura was suppose to sound super insane and Ryou was suppose to sound super kawaii... Yugi I don't like the dialouge they give him and Yami's voice is to deep.... pegasus seems realli gay and freaky in the dub too..

I used to watch the dub, but now I can't stand it. All of the voice actors are just way too bad. They make Malik, Seto, and Yami sound like they're thirty-five, and none of the other voices are much better. I don't know what Pegasis is like in the sub, but in the dub they really do make him seem gay. Not only because of his voice, but because he alway calls Yugi and Seto, 'Yugi-Boy' and 'Kaiba-Boy'. Is that some sort of sick, twisted pet name or something?

LoL I agree... he is very gay he's like a twisted homo sexual freak.. he chained Seto up to a wall! Chained!! what kind of straight man does that.. lol
Stupid deep voice ppl... altho seto's voice actually isn't so bad in the dub... you guys should hear Yugi's first season japanese voice... so adorable... it makes your heart melt! They eliminated the whole first season in the dub.. bakas

You can download them from sites, but those sites are either exclusive or a bitch to find/download from. Now, the best way is to download something like Morpheus, WinMX, or Kazaa. if you want to find them, just add .com to the end of the names I gave them. ;D

actually on Kazaa.. most of them are dub and there are really few subs there are actually a lot of unsubed japanese ones tho

You wait only 2-3 hours? I have high-speed, and the people I download off of... it usually takes me two to three DAYS.
But back to the topic, I HATE SETO KAIBA'S VOICE ACTING!! They're butchering my badass baby!!!

the Japanese ones are much better, and some of the eps are screwed up because some people don't know how to put in the sub properly.... >_< and I ended up watching one of the YGO eps with blurry screen I can't even tell who was there >_< AND that took me like 5~7 hrs to download!
so I don't really like those eps on the internet....
